Unlike standard support workers or general nurses, NPs are capable of providing complex care and making advanced clinical decisions.

Medication & prescription management.
We remove logistical challenges by managing medications and prescriptions for you. We’ll visit the pharmacy on your behalf to pick up medications or arrange to have them delivered in advance.
Advocacy & support.
Whilst we try to minimise GP and emergency departments as much as possible, we understand they may still be necessary at times. Our Nurse Practitioners advocate for you, making sure your voice is heard and your needs are met — whether at home or during a medical visit. We’ll accommodate your attendance to any medical appointments, whether it’s the local physio, your GP, or the emergency department.

In line with your NDIS plan, we offer all high care patients support for everyday living and skill development.
